Shipping Policy

We ship all items using the United States Parcel Service (USPS), and use there rates as well.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States.

It should be noted that shipping times may be longer during holiday seasons.  We have no control over shipping times ones USPS has received the package.  

If a product is purchased off our website then it will be shipped out within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).  You will receive an email with your tracking number.  We use the address that you have put in at checkout, so please verify your address is correct before submitting the order. 

If we make a custom product out of resin it will take up to 2 weeks for it to be shipped. This is because we mix all the resin ourselves, and it needs a cure time before it can get turned.  Once the custom piece is finished and email with the tracking number will be issued.
