Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paul’s Hand Turned Creations.  We are a small online store located on the southeast coast of North Carolina. 

We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping services. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time:

All purchases made on this website are ready to be shipped, and generally they are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving payment confirmation.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing time may be extended. We will notify you promptly of any such delays.

If you would like a custom order, feel free to reach out to us, but also realize custom orders can take up to 2weeks to make.

Shipping Methods and Rates:

 We offer United States Parcel Service to ensure a convenient and timely delivery of your orders. The available shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and package weight.  The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping within the continental United States.

Shipment Tracking:

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by United States Parcel Service. It also should be noted that once the package is dropped off to USPS they are in control of the package.

Delivery Time:

The estimated delivery time is calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination address. Please note that these are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Delays in delivery may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holiday mail delivery, or carrier delays. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such delays.

Return Policy


We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
