Shipping and Refund Policies

Shipping Policy

We ship all items using the United States Parcel Service, and use their rates as well. Once we ship out your package you will receive a tracking number.  We have no control over the United Postal Service on how long it takes for delivery. 

At this time we only ship to  the United States, and Canada. 

If a product is purchased off our website then it will be shipped out within 48 hours.  You will receive an email with your tracking number.  We use the address that you have put in at checkout.  We are not responsible if you put in a wrong shipping address. 

If we make a custom product it will take up to 2 weeks before it will be shipped out. This is because we mix all the resin,  and it needs a cure time before it can get turned.  Once the custom piece is finished an email with the tracking number will be issued.

It should be noted that shipping out of the United States could take between 3-4 weeks. We have no control over these times.

Return Policy


We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.  If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
